OnlyFans marketing reports that show every task we do

FanMarketers gives you OnlyFans marketing reports inside your dashboard: a live task log with a proof link for every post, usage bars for each plan limit, weekly or monthly reports, link in bio clicks per channel, and a CSV export you can keep.

You do not have to ask what the team did this week. You open the dashboard and check it yourself, any time of day.

What the dashboard shows you

Task log with proof

Every finished task gets a line: channel, type, date and a proof link to the live post, a screenshot of the scheduled campaign or the name of the SFS partner. Filter by channel or by week.

Usage bars per plan limit

One bar for each limit in your plan, such as Reddit posts, X posts, short videos, SFS swaps and message campaigns. You see how much of the month is used and how much is left.

Weekly and monthly reports

Growth gets a monthly report, Pro a weekly one, and Elite a daily results view plus a weekly report. Each report lists tasks, top posts, clicks per channel and next steps.

Link clicks

The link in bio funnel counts clicks per link and per source, so you see whether Reddit, X or short video brings more people to your page.

CSV export

Download tasks and reports as CSV for your own records, your accountant or your studio's sheets.

Inbox with the team

Send notes, new content and questions to your marketers in the dashboard inbox. Replies stay in one thread, with no calls and no lost emails.

What a weekly report looks like

A weekly report opens with a short summary from your marketer, in plain words. Then it lists the numbers for the week: posts per channel, the five posts with the most clicks, link clicks per source, SFS swaps done and any message campaigns sent with their segment and price.

The last part is the plan for next week, so you know what is coming before it happens. If you share your own page stats in onboarding or in the inbox, we add them to the report next to our numbers. We never show you made up figures, and we never promise a number of new subscribers.

Who sees what in your account

Your data stays in your account and is shown only to the people who need it.

  • You, as the account owner, see everything: tasks, reports, billing and settings.
  • Your marketers see the tasks, content and notes for the pages they work on, and nothing about your payments.
  • In a studio account, a manager can see every creator page, and an assistant gets view only access. Billing stays with the owner. More on studio setups in how it works.
  • Access details for your platforms are stored in the dashboard and used only for the tasks your plan covers. They are never sent by email.

Questions about reports

How often do I get a report?

Monthly on Growth, weekly on Pro, and weekly plus a daily results view on Elite. The task log updates as soon as a task is done.

Can I check a post you made?

Yes. Every task in the log has a proof link to the live post or a screenshot when a link is not possible.

Do reports show my earnings?

Only if you choose to share them. We report on our work and on link clicks, and you can add your own page numbers for context.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Tasks and reports export as CSV on every plan, so you keep a record even after you cancel.
