Terms of service

1. Who we are

The service at fanmarketers.com is run by the administrator of the fanmarketers.com service, referred to in these terms as "FanMarketers", "we" or "us". You can reach us at [email protected]. In these terms, "you" means the person or studio that creates an account, and "creator page" means an OnlyFans or Fansly page that we promote for you.

2. Adult creators only

The service is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account. Every creator page we promote must belong to an adult creator who passes our age and identity check during onboarding. We do not start any work before that check is complete. We refuse or end the service if a check fails, if the result is unclear, or if we have any reason to believe a person shown or promoted is not an adult. A studio confirms that every creator it adds has given consent to be promoted and has passed the same check.

3. What the service includes

FanMarketers is a marketing service. A team of marketers promotes your creator page on the channels your plan includes, such as Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok and Threads, and may run SFS collaborations, a link in bio funnel, profile and price reviews, message and PPV campaigns and, on the Elite plan, paid ads where an ad network's rules allow. The exact scope and monthly limits of each plan are listed on the pricing page at the time you buy. We do not chat with your fans, we do not write private messages in your name, and we do not create explicit content for you.

4. Plans and limits

Each plan has limits per billing month, for example a number of Reddit posts, X posts, short videos, SFS collaborations and message campaigns. Limits count work that has been started or done in the billing month. Deleting, cancelling or hiding a task does not free a slot. Unused limits do not carry over to the next month and cannot be exchanged for money. A higher plan is the way to get higher limits.

5. No guaranteed results

Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including platform rules, moderators, algorithms, your content, your prices and your audience. We do not promise any number of subscribers, clicks, followers or earnings, and nothing on our website or in our reports is such a promise. What we commit to is the work described in your plan, done with care and logged with proof in your dashboard.

6. Your content and accounts

You own your content, your brand and your accounts on every platform. You give us a limited, non exclusive license to use the content and brand material you supply, only to perform the services in your plan and only while your plan is active. We do not sell, publish elsewhere or reuse your content for other clients. When the service ends, we stop using your content and you remain in full control of your accounts.

7. Platform rules

We follow the terms of OnlyFans, Fansly and every network we post on, along with the rules of each community, such as subreddit rules. We do not buy accounts, use bots, spam or create fake engagement. We may refuse a task that would break a platform's rules or put your accounts at risk. Instagram, TikTok and Threads do not allow adult content, so all promotion there is safe for work. If a platform changes its rules, we adjust the work to follow them.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information in onboarding and to keep it up to date. You confirm that you own or have the rights to all content you supply, that everyone shown in it is an adult who has consented, and that it complies with the law and with the rules of the platforms involved. You set your content boundaries in the dashboard, and we follow them. You are responsible for your own platform accounts, your prices, your fan relationships and your taxes. Access details for your accounts are shared only through the dashboard, never by email.

9. Subscription and payment

Plans are monthly subscriptions priced in USD. You pay in advance for each billing month by card, crypto or bank transfer. Card payments renew automatically at the start of each billing month until you cancel. Crypto and bank transfer payments are made against a monthly invoice in your dashboard, and work for a new period starts once that payment is received. Prices may change for future periods; we tell you in advance by email and in the dashboard, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

10. Upgrades and downgrades

If you move to a higher plan, we charge the price difference for the rest of the current period right away, and the higher limits open once that payment clears. If you move to a lower plan, the change takes effect from your next billing month, and no part of the current period is refunded.

11. Cancelling

You can cancel in the billing section of your dashboard at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active, and the team keeps working within your limits, until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no long contract and no cancellation fee.

12. Refunds

All payments are final, as set out in our refund policy. We refund only a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

13. Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us as confidential: your identity, content, account details, earnings figures, strategy and reports. Our team members are bound by confidentiality duties. We do not disclose that you are our client to anyone, and we do not use your name, page or results in our marketing. We may disclose information only when the law requires it or to protect the safety of a person.

14. No account resale or transfer

Your account is for your own creator pages, or for the creator pages of your studio. You may not resell, sublicense or share our service with third parties, and you may not transfer your account without our written consent by email. We do not buy, sell or rent creator accounts or social media accounts.

15. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to promote content involving minors, non consensual content, content that breaks the law or content that a platform bans. You may not ask us to break platform rules, to deceive fans, or to harass anyone. We may stop any task or end the service if we believe a request breaks these terms.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end the service, with notice by email where possible, if you break these terms, if an age or identity check fails, if a payment fails and is not fixed, or if continuing would break the law or a platform's rules. If we end the service because you broke these terms, payments already made are not refunded. If we stop providing the service for a reason of our own, not caused by you, this counts as a total failure of the service under our refund policy, and we refund the unused part of the current period. You may end the service at any time by cancelling.

17. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings, or actions taken by platforms, moderators or third parties, such as account limits or bans. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you about material changes by email and in the dashboard before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies to you.
